Quick review for busy people

If you're looking for a place to crash, this could work. It has hot water and is pet-friendly, a big plus! But be prepared for an eerie entrance and a lack of basic amenities like towels. Not the worst experience, but definitely not the best.

The maintenance of the landscaping needs attention!!! The pool area is unclean and full of dirt, while the rooms also felt damp and musty throughout the stay!!! The absence of hot water left a lot to be desired.

Unfortunately, the facilities need urgent maintenance, as the bathrooms and common areas show signs of neglect. There was a significant issue with stray animals on the property, making the experience unsettling.

The pool was amazing, and we loved visiting the nearby beach. The staff were friendly and made our stay enjoyable. Just be ready for a bit of classic charm. it’s not brand new but definitely has its character.

The hotel felt like a tropical escape with its spacious outdoor swimming pool and plenty of sun loungers that practically begged you to relax. I had a blast enjoying the sun on the terrace and splashing around in the water-it was pure bliss! Plus, the garden area adds a lovely touch of nature that makes you feel right at home. 🌴🌊

The Standard Double Room was comfy and had a lovely view of the garden, making our stay relaxing. We loved lounging by the outdoor swimming pool and enjoying the beach access for some sun. Just a heads-up, there were a few dogs wandering around, but it didn't take away from the fun we had! 🌞

I arrived at Solace by the Sea expecting a pleasant experience, but it quickly turned into a disappointment. The property was nothing like the pictures online. it looked very rundown. A dirty pool greeted us upon arrival, and I noticed mold in some areas. The room I was assigned had cockroaches, and there was a leak in the bathroom every time the toilet was flushed. Wi-Fi didn't work, and the only means of communication for assistance was a broken ice machine. I tried to reach the staff but found a sign that said they were at lunch, even though they were inside. The manager was rude when I asked about my refund after deciding to leave. I felt really frustrated due to the lack of support and responsiveness about the refund. This whole experience made me feel uneasy, and I won’t be returning to this hotel.
